Beginner Full Body Workout (3 Days A Week)
This program is designed specifically for beginners who have had none or limited experience the gym and still have yet to surpass their 'newbie gains" phase. It is a 3 days a week workout program which requires you to have access to a gym. (Specific equipments required will be listed below). This program should be used for at least one year. My goal with this program is to help you build a solid strength as well as a size foundation. This is a program that I personally used for 3 years straight to completely transform my body. The transformation you see in the thumbnail was made using this workout program. I 100% believe this is the best workout program any beginner can be on. This will give you a rapid increase in size, and an even more rapid increase in strength. This is the program that I coach all my beginner clients with, and it is a workout program that I will continue to endorse for as long as I am in the fitness industry. Barbell Rack w/ extensive plates
EZ bar or Cable Machine for tricep work
Straight Barbell or Dumbell for bicep work
